Our shop is hosted by greeNative.ch. WooCommerce is the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell you our products and services.
SECTION 1 - CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE ONLINE SHOP
By agreeing to these Terms of Use, you represent that you are at or above the age of majority in your jurisdiction and that you have given us permission to allow any minor in your care to use this site.
You must not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, or violate any laws in your jurisdiction when using the Service (including, without limitation, copyright laws).

SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service at any time and for any reason.
Orders placed on our online website are intended for delivery in Switzerland. For payment we accept credit cards but also TWINT.
We use Stripe as a secure payment method.
For all orders of a value of more than 50 Swiss francs, the shipping costs are free.
For shipments under 50 francs we apply the following shipping costs:
A Mail with tracking (5 francs) - delivery within 1 to 2 working days.
Registered mail with signature (8 francs) - delivery within 1 to 2 working days.
Parcel with tracking (9 francs) - delivery within 2 to 3 working days.
You understand that your credit card information is secure on our website. Your credit card information is not stored with us, and will be secured, protected and managed directly by Stripe.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any part of the Service, any use of or access to the Service, or any contact on the website through which the Service is provided, without our express written permission.
The headings used in this Agreement are included for convenience only and do not limit or affect these Terms.
SECTION 3 - ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
We cannot be held responsible if the information provided on this site is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. All products or services are only available online through the website. Quantities of these products or services may be limited and their return or exchange is strictly subject to our Returns Policy.
We have made every effort to present the colours and images of the products in the shop as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the colours will be displayed accurately on your computer screen.
We reserve the right, but are not obliged, to restrict the sale of our products or Services to any person. We reserve the right to exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of products or services we offer. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time, without notice and at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue the sale of any product at any time. Any offer of products or services on this site is void where prohibited by law.
We do not warrant that the quality of the products, services, information or other materials purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or on the same customer account, the same credit card and/or orders using the same billing and/or shipping address. If we change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting you using the email address and/or billing address or telephone number provided at the time of ordering. We refuse all orders which, in our opinion, appear to have been placed by traders, resellers to P.O. Boxes or distributors. We only offer our products to private customers in Switzerland.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made from our shop. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your e-mail address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we may complete your transactions and contact you if necessary.
